Since 2021, I have kept an ongoing video archive of self. This journal traces the emotional landscapes that fuel my practice. Each entry captures a fleeting state — grief, obsession, nervousness, frustration — observed and embodied in real time. These emotional fragments inform the characters and fictional worlds I build. Feelings are the first material.
